Stone Mountain Systems, LLC offers businesses and professionals a monthly maintenance program that helps assure no costly “down time” and keeps efficiency and productivity at maximum levels.
Each month, a highly trained company representative will perform the following:
- Virus and spyware cleanup;
- System updates for the operating system;
- Software updates for all commonly used software, such as Adobe Flash, Adobe Acrobat Reader, QuickTime, etc.
- Inspect backup system to be sure that it is functioning properly.
Twice a year, the following will be performed:
- Internal computer inspection to determine the need for cleaning (towers only).
Once a year, the following will be performed:
- Thorough inside-
case cleaning (towers only).
Performed as needed:
- Consultation on any system upgrades and improvements.
Other work will be done as required, with client approval, at the regular hourly rate.
